I'm a native of Western New York, now living in Manor, Texas, just outside Austin. Before moving to Texas, I spent over 30 years serving customers at my family's restaurant, Stone's Countryside Tavern in Churchville, New York — where I first learned what it takes to run a business and take care of the people it serves.

For the last eight years, I've worked for one of the industry leaders in business formations. During that time, I assisted thousands of business owners who were having issues starting, maintaining, and protecting their businesses. My understanding of entity structuring, filing requirements, trademark strategy, and compliance comes not from textbooks, but from working directly with new and growing businesses across diverse industries.
